The availability of safe, quality, licensed child care is critical for Colorado families. Family Child Care Homes (FCCHs) play a crucial role in our early childhood care system. Providing home child care can be a rewarding career for those who love children and want to provide a safe environment for children to grow and learn. To become licensed in the state of Colorado, home child care providers must attend 15 hours of “pre-licensing” training. The “Family Child Care Home Pre-Licensing Training” meets this requirement.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds for this training session are not provided. You agree to this policy by making payment. You must attend ALL of the training and complete the homework to get credit. Make-up sessions will be charged at $15 per day missed. This fee reflects the additional time required to provide an individual make-up session and the value of my time. Regular attendance is important, as each class builds on the information covered with the other participants. To ensure everyone receives the full benefit of the program, participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions whenever possible. Thank you for respecting the time and commitment involved in providing these sessions. Out of respect for all participants and the trainer, participants will NOT be permitted to enter the meeting 10 minutes after the start time. Our training sessions cover valuable information, and arriving on time ensures that everyone has the opportunity to receive the full benefit of the training without interruptions. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and commitment to being on time.
